‘Third Party’ certification, means a coworker, friend, business partner or some other non -related person is ‘awarding’ the person a certification. This must be ‘seconded’ by another non-related or family member. You can fill out the complete application and put an E-mail address in for the person doing the ‘Second’ and the system will automatically contact that person with an explanation and a hyper-link back into the system so they can second the award.
